Author Guidelines
Authors should carefully read these guidelines before submitting a manuscript to the Qubahan Journal of Coaching and Sports Sciences (QJCS).
1. ORIGINALITY
Submissions must represent original scholarly work.
Manuscripts must not be simultaneously under consideration by another journal and must not have been previously published in substantially the same form.
Similarity-detection software may be used as an editorial screening tool.
QJCS does not determine plagiarism solely through a numerical similarity percentage. Similarity reports are evaluated according to the nature, extent, attribution, source, and scholarly context of overlapping material.
2. LANGUAGE
Manuscripts must be submitted in clear academic English.
3. TYPES OF MANUSCRIPTS
QJCS may consider:

4. MANUSCRIPT STRUCTURE
Where appropriate, original research manuscripts should contain:

• Abstract
• Keywords
• Introduction
• Literature Review / Theoretical Framework

• Discussion
• Conclusion
• References
5. RESEARCH ETHICS
Research involving human participants, athletes, children, vulnerable populations, animals, clinical interventions, or sensitive information must comply with applicable ethical requirements.
Where ethical approval is required, authors must identify the approving institution or committee and provide the approval or reference number where available.
6. INFORMED CONSENT
Where applicable, informed consent must be obtained from research participants.
7. AUTHORSHIP
All listed authors must have made genuine scholarly contributions and must approve the submitted manuscript.
Guest, gift, honorary, and ghost authorship are prohibited.

9. REFERENCES
References must be accurate, complete, relevant, and consistently formatted according to the journal's required referencing style.
DOIs should be included where available.
10. TABLES AND FIGURES
Tables and figures must be numbered consistently, clearly labelled, cited within the manuscript, and of sufficient publication quality.
11. SUBMISSION
Manuscripts must be submitted through the official QJCS Open Journal Systems platform.
Submission does not guarantee external peer review, acceptance, or publication.
