Authors retain copyright and ownership of their published scholarly work.

Copyright is not transferred to QJCS.

By submitting and publishing an article with QJCS, the author(s) grant the journal:

• The non-exclusive right of first publication

• Permission to publish and distribute the Version of Record

• Permission to identify QJCS as the original publisher

• Permission to preserve, archive, and maintain the published article as part of the permanent scholarly record
